How Graham Roofing Company handles details from a call, an email or a WhatsApp message.

Who we are

Graham Roofing Company is the data controller for this website. We are a roofer in Durham. To ask about your details, call 07514 550134, WhatsApp the same number, or email Grahamb314+roof@gmail.com.

What we do with your details

If you phone, email or send a WhatsApp message, you may give us your name, your number, your email address and what you tell us about the roof. We use that to reply, to arrange a visit, and to carry out the work if you ask us to.

We do not sell those details. We share them only if the work needs it, for example a supplier delivering materials to an address you have given us, or if the law says we must. We do not add you to a marketing list.

How long we keep them

We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to do the roofing work, and for a short time afterwards in case you come back about the same roof. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold, ask us to correct them, ask us to delete them, ask us to limit how we use them, and object to how we use them. Call or email us to do that.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
